| Dear friends,
Welcome to our Internet site. Holy Trinity Church sits at the mouth of a lively community at Seahill, Craigavad, Co. Down.(see where we are). If you are looking at our Internet site and don't live nearby, then I hope you will enjoy looking round this pretty church building, looking at our fine stained glass windows and please take time to sign our virtual visitors' book. If you live in the Parish may we extend the warmest of invitations to you to join us in our Christian Fellowship any Sunday or at one of our many activities throughout the week. See what's on this month. For our Parish we use this web site as a means of reminding us of things to be done and of keeping in touch with the whole life of the Parish. Use the rotas listing if you have forgotten that date, and e-mail any of the church activity groups. Why not make it the home site of your browser, so you can't miss keeping right up to date with all that is going on. The Vicar on Downtown Radio Over the years the Vicar has recorded short talks for Downtown Radio, a selection of which can be heard by clicking the speaker buttons below. There are buttons to play, stop and rewind the talks. The first two were taken from medium wave broadcasts and the sound is far from state of the art, but they are enjoyable none the less. The other talks were recorded from digital radio and have improved sound quality. Please note that the Flash plug-in is required.

In his life before becoming ordained, Ray worked in the shipping industry both in the UK and throughout the Middle East. On returning home he was interested in reading Christian history and theology which led eventually to undertaking a course for Dioceasan readership, in turn training for Non Stipendiary ministry and thereafter a degree from Queen’s University Belfast in Theology. Ray came to us in June 2008 after serving in Killaney and Carryduff and we are delighted that he has joined us. |
